1. Seller

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made at www.jungle.design. The online store is operated by Foxo, s.r.o., Bubenská 51, 170 00 Prague 7 – Holešovice, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO): 27921565, VAT ID (DIČ): CZ27921565, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 126652 (the "Seller").

The legal relationship between the Seller and the buyer is governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and – where the buyer is a consumer – Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where a consumer has their habitual residence are not affected.

2. Products and prices

Product descriptions, photos and prices shown in the store are informative and do not constitute a binding offer; the contract is concluded as described in section 3. Colours on photos may slightly differ from reality depending on your screen.

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order and are listed in our Shipping Policy.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

You place an order by completing the checkout and clicking the order button. Before sending the order, you can check and change all entered data. After the order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirming its receipt. The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order by e-mail.

The Seller may refuse an order, in particular if the goods are no longer available or the price was stated incorrectly due to an obvious error. In such a case the Seller will inform you without undue delay and refund any payment already made.

4. Payment

You can pay online by card or using the other payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna). Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments; the Seller does not have access to your card details. The purchase price is due when the order is placed.

5. Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 7–14 working days of order confirmation. Delivery methods, prices and delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy. Ownership of the goods and the risk of damage pass to you upon receipt of the goods.

6. Right to withdraw from the contract (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail to info@foxo.cz); you can use the withdrawal form in our Return and Refund Policy. Return the goods to the Seller's address within 14 days of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, but not before we receive the returned goods or proof that they were sent. We refund using the same payment method you used. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

7. Defective goods and complaints

The Seller is responsible for the goods being free from defects upon receipt. As a consumer, you may exercise rights arising from defective performance for defects that appear within 24 months of receipt. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or care contrary to the care instructions (e.g. washing at a higher temperature than recommended) are not defects.

To file a complaint, contact us at info@foxo.cz, describe the defect and attach photos if possible. We will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing; the complaint, including the removal of the defect, will be handled no later than 30 days after it was filed, unless we agree on a longer period. You may request repair or replacement of the goods, or – where the law allows – a reasonable discount or withdrawal from the contract.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If you are a consumer and we do not resolve a dispute arising from the purchase contract by mutual agreement, you may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.cz. Supervision of compliance with consumer protection rules is carried out by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

9. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions

The contract is concluded in English or Czech; the Seller archives concluded contracts in electronic form. The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to your purchase. These Terms and Conditions are effective from 3 November 2026.
