Shipping Policy

Where we ship We ship to the Czech Republic, all European Union member states and other European countries outside the EU. The full list of countries is shown at checkout.

Carriers and prices We ship via Zásilkovna (Packeta), PPL and DHL. Available delivery methods and their prices are shown at checkout before you place your order.

  • Czech Republic – Standard: CZK 99, delivery in 7–14 working days. Free shipping on orders over CZK 1,500.
  • European Union: €16, delivery in 7–14 working days.
  • Europe outside the EU: €16, delivery in 7–14 working days.
  • Personal pickup in Prague: free – Foxo, s.r.o., Bubenská 51, 170 00 Prague 7 – Holešovice. Choose “Pickup” at checkout; we will e-mail you when your order is ready for collection (usually within 7–14 working days). Please bring your order confirmation e-mail.

Processing time Orders are usually delivered within 7–14 working days of order confirmation. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time. If availability changes after payment, we will offer you an alternative delivery date; if it does not suit you, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Delivery Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

Receiving your parcel Please check that the packaging is intact on delivery and report any damage to the carrier immediately. If the packaging shows signs of tampering, you do not have to accept the parcel. This does not affect your right to make a complaint about defective goods.

Redelivery If the parcel has to be delivered again, or by a different method, for reasons on your side (e.g. it was not collected), you bear the additional costs.

Customs and fees outside the EU For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. For European countries outside the EU, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.
